30 Days Of Gratitude Challenge

Who’s up for a gratitude challenge?

Did you know that November is National Gratitude Month? With Thanksgiving and the start of a crazy busy holiday season, November is the perfect time to sit back and focus on all the things we have to be grateful for.

Here’s my challenge to you: each day this November focus on something specific that you’re grateful for. Use my 30 Days of Gratitude list to help you along.

Follow my Instagram for daily posts and reminders during this gratitude challenge.

And don’t forget to share your thankfulness on social media each day with the hashtag #ThatJoChickGratitude so I can follow your progress too!
