Printable Thanksgiving Banner

Print out this free “Give Thanks” banner to decorate your home.

I love November (and not just because my birthday is in November!) As a girl from New Hampshire, November means crisp mornings where you can see your breath and bright orange and yellow leaves that crunch with the first frost. It means sunny afternoons and cozy evenings. And of course, it means Thanksgiving!

Back home my family really does Thanksgiving up. Loads of Family get together and spends the day baking and cooking. An excess made, but of course, leftovers to last the long weekend is all part of the plan. It’s crazy and fun, and it’s perfect.

This is the first year that I will be away from all of that. Spending Thanksgiving on a Subtropical island, just my husband and me, will be very different than what I grew up with. I’m sure I will miss it. But even still, I’m excited! I’m excited for Anthony and I to create our own holiday traditions and discover our favorite Thanksgiving dishes as our own family. I’m excited for the years to come, as our family grows. Excited that we can share it all with our sweet baby who will be spending this Thanksgiving in my belly!

So here’s to Thanksgiving in Okinawa!

The weather here is finally starting to cool off. The temperature still hasn’t dropped below 70 degrees Fahrenheit… but the sun doesn’t feel as brutal and the humidity hasn’t been as bad. I may not be wearing my cozy socks any time soon, but it finally feels like FALL. It feels like a tropical version of fall, but it still feels (and smells) wonderful. I just love this time of year. No matter what part of the world I happen to be in!

Part of the adventure in this new home is getting to decorate it! What fun! As an effort towards some Thanksgiving decor, I have hung this printable Thanksgiving banner. It’s an easy addition that adds a lot to the room.

Print out your own banner to help get your home ready for the Thanksgiving feast! It really is so easy! And just think how great your delicious pies would look with this beauty hung above them!

Just print it out onto white card stock and cut around each of the letter tags with scissors. Then use a single hole punch to stamp out two holes in each tag and string them together with string, twine, or ribbon. Tack, tape, or tie either end of the string to the wall and Voilà! Your home is already looking so much more festive! Enjoy!

Share in the comments what your favorite Thanksgiving tradition was growing up.
